Okay! Just a few life updates!
The third trimester of my school year started, which means that I AM IN THE MURALS CLASS BIATCHES! I've been waiting to take this class since at least upper elementary school, and I'm FINALLY in it (it's only offered to Juniors and Seniors)! This means that I GET TO PAINT ON THE WALLS I'M SO HELLA EXCITED.
A number of things are coming up as well… I'm participating in the high school slam poetry contest again (Verselandia for those of you who don't know and wanted to), and the school competition for that is happening this Wednesday. I'm probably not gonna make it to the citywide, but it'll still be nice! And also my HS's prom is later this month. Since we're a tiny fucking school (We're a K-12, and the school has maybe 450 students - the high school has like 150), HS prom is open to everyone in the 9x12, not just seniors. I'm excited because this year's venue is really close to my house and because my friend who didn't make it last year (because he was sick and then HE FRACKING FORGOT SERIOUSLY BRO) is gonna come this year and that's cool (and if he doesn't hell will fracking pay).
A bunch of my friends are seniors… again… so I have to deal with loosing a bunch of people again this year. Makes me depressed. I don't actually have many close friends in my own grade (Physcho, Blue, and Saru are the only ones I really trust in a sort of close-friends way - well, and maybe WhiteHare), so it's been hard this year and it'll probably be worse next year. At least by then I'll be used to it.
I could ramble about a lot of things, but I'm going to close it off for now.

Okay, done cleaning house.

Let's see... so I'm a junior in university now, that's pretty cool. Going for a BA in Emerging Media and Digital Arts, which is basically any digital art/editing/design/etc. -- I'm going for animation, personally, though I'm starting to think I ought to lean more in the direction of character design/concept art/storyboards. Been in my first proper animation class this term, which has been super interesting.

Sorry I've kind of dropped off the face of the site. Life's been going weird places, and I also haven't actually finished any art pieces for a while, so I haven't really had much to post. I have some sketches and old stuff for you guys once I get around to it though…
Anyhow, yeah, life's been a bit nutty. As you may or may not know, I'm a senior in high school this year - graduating in June - which means I've had a lot to worry about. Finishing high school, not failing my classes, getting college stuff all in order, making sure we can AFFORD college (it's a thin line)… so I've been a bit distracted.
